What if my child feels nervous about visiting the clinic?
We love working with children and understand new experiences can be a little overwhelming for them. We have created specialist treatment rooms especially for babies and children that are inviting and appear less intimidating for our younger patients.
We have specialist treatment beds that are fun and designed specifically for their needs. Our practitioners have undertaking extensive further paediatric training to ensure the most up to date care for your children in a fun and relaxed environment. We find most children enjoy their treatments and are happy to be adjusted.
Is there any pain involved with the adjustment?
We use the most gentle treatments for babies and children and there is no pain involved in it. We’ll walk you and your child through exactly what we’re doing, so that you will both feel confident and informed before we undertake any treatment.
How long will my appointment take?
Your first appointment will usually last approximately 40 minutes.
What if my problem is not suitable for chiropractic care?
At Donegal Chirocare we are committed to providing a holistic approach to your healthcare. As we consider the whole body in our approach we commonly identify areas of care that may require a GP or specialist referral. In these instances we will refer you on to a GP or appropriate specialist for further evaluation.
Donegal Chirocare has been established since 2007 and over the years we have strived to maintain good inter-multidisciplinary relations locally which we feel helps us to compliment the overall healthcare plan and ultimately provides for best treatment outcomes for our patients. Chiropractic care doesn’t have to be an exclusive care plan and to provide optimum care, we work closely with other professionals to achieve the best outcomes for our patients.
